There are alot of things about the English language that I could rant about.
But the main thing I’m going to focus on today is the prefix “re”
Let’s say for instance, research.
‘re’ means ‘to do again’
My question is, what if you’ve never researched a topic before?
Meaning you couldn’t REsearch said topic.
Also, what if you are researching a topic for the first time?
Would it be called searching?
And if so, how would you word it in a sentence?
“I’m searching various STDs for a project in my health class” ?
