A while ago, I realized that 90% of swear words originated from words that were pretty harmless.
Most of which have the same amount of letters (or close to)
For instance, shit and poop mean the same thing.
Both can be verbs, or nouns.
Both have 4 letters.
Yet one has been deemed socially unacceptable.
Unforunately, I have no explanation for this, but I really wish I did.
It bothers me that just because certain people randomly decide that certain words are “bad” means they become socially unacceptable.
I mean, I understand people have used it in ways it wasn’t intended to be used before, which adds to the whole “it’s a bad word” thing, but still.

You're on facebook? I can no longer trust you.
Why is that whenever you're dating someone, or even like someone, they usually go to facebook, to see what you're up to, and make sure you're not cheating.
Not to mention, when you talk to other people, most times, the person you're involved with automatically assume you're cheating.
How did things end up like this?
Yeah, the internet has changed times, and people have broken trust, but why has it made people so edgy and mistrustful in general?

I'm on cloud 9.
So today, I saw this commercial (which I will link later in this rant) for windows™ 7 Cloud.
The thing I have to rant about is why does her family picture have to look so perfect, merely to be put on the internet?
I mean... Why not show everyone what your family is REALLY like?
Are people so embarrassed by their families that they have to make everyone think their family is perfect?
If you take family portraits, frame them, and hang them in your house, that's one thing.
But to take pictures, and put them on the internet... why do they have to be so perfect?
Are you not supposed to be proud of your family regardless of how they act?
Just because 1 picture shows your kids acting up, doesn't mean that's how they are in person.
Not to mention, even if they do act up in person, who cares?
