OMG, 1'm $uc|-| @ |\|3R|)!!!!

"oh bro, link is the best hero ever!"

"who the fuck is link, his name is zelda!"

That's how almost every conversation starts when you talk to kids who claim to be nerdy gamer kids.

This rant is going to be short, I'm far too riled up and pissed off to type.

But I hate kids who play a game (such as zelda), don't even play the whole game, and then proceed to go out and buy every piece of zelda merchandise available.

Or kids who claim to know everything about superheroes and when you get into a conversation about them, the person you're talking to knows nothing
"Oh man, I love christopher reeve"
" was he the guy in the matrix?"

But anywho.... I'll end this rant here.

I didn't sleep last night, I think I have insomnia!

Why is it that every kid now days claims to have a disorder after 1 day of showing symptoms.
As if to say they WANT to have one?
Is it cool to have a disorder?
Are kids who are smart and don't claim such bullshit looked down upon?

"I didn't sleep last night, but it had nothing to do with the fact that my friend just died, I think I have insomnia!"

"I just organized my desk, I have OCD"

The thing that pisses me off the most is when kids say this and they're actually believed, whereas when people like me who actually fucking have these problems, say they have them, everyone gets as mad as I am, and claims that I'm just saying it for attention.

I've had mild OCD for.. 2 years now, and I've had insomnia since I was in grade 7, which is like...... 5+ years.

However, my insomnia has only gotten worse.

But honestly, I know some kids do it so they can get drugs, but what about the kids who get Nothing more than sympathy from it?
Do you honestly have to sink that low to get someone to feel sorry for you?
Does it make you feel good to have someone feel sorry for you?

It's like OCD, for health food junkies.

To start off this rant, I'm going to link you guys to an article, so you're informed.
http://www.naturalnews.com/029098_orthorexia_mental_disorder.html

Now that you're all caught up, here goes nothing.

Ok, let's look at this from both perspectives.
I understand that it can be a mental disorder because people go to extremes to eat healthy, cutting out ANY kind of fat, anything that can be converted into fat, etc.

But what I don't understand is why it's a mental disorder.
So you want to live to see your grandkids, is that such a problem?
"what's that, you don't want to have heart problems, and die by the time you're 40? you must be off your rocker!"

Why is everything now days considered a disorder.
"I like to be clean, and shower once a day, as well as wash my hands before meals & after using the rest room, I have a disorder!"
"I like to be organized, and know where shit is when I need it, I have a disorder!"

p.s. Yes, I know the last rant, and this next one will all be kind of linked in a way, but that wasn't on purpose

I'll race you to the syhpilis!?

Have you ever noticed how everything now days is a competition?

Who has the most/weirdest disorders, who has heard a song/band before anyone else, who has had to put up with more shit throughout their lives?

I know I've done a similar rant before, but I felt this was necessary.

Why do people care so much about these things.
When you die, you don't get a fucking medal, and your name in a book saying "so & so takes the cake with 32 disorders, while living on the streets in a 3rd world country, knowing 17 bands before anyone else"

Who gives a flying fuck?
I've gotten in so many arguments with kids, when they claim to have heard a song before anyone, or who claim to have heard it before it became popular due to the radio, or because it was on some video game.

If you ever try to argue with me about any of these things.. FUCK YOUR SHIT!
I will find you and cut your dick off with a rusty chain.
