I saw a commercial the other day about some organization that was looking for donations for autism research

Why would you want to get rid of autism

If everyone was perfect, no diseases, no disorders, no obesity, ect. the world would be boring because everyone would be the same

I mean, they should do everything to get rid of the diseases that kill people
but like, diseases that people can live with that dont necissarily affect them, or anyone else in terms of health, shouldnt be extinguished comepletly

I saw a video about autism in grade 8, and they seem alot smarter than half the people their age
the only difference is, they know more about what they are interested in, and not what they're being taught
which will, in turn, help them in the future, due to the fact that they will more than likely get where they want in life

like, think of what people with autism and what not, will be capable of in the future

for all we know, they could cure cancer or something!

I just dont understand why everyone is trying to make everyone else the same
