What is wrong with TV these days

according to the constitution and bill of rights, we should be allowed to say anything
be it, on TV, in the street, in school, ect.

but somehow, the government has found a loophole in the bill of rights that prevents society from expressing themselves

Thats completely contradicting on their part

I'm going to make my own t.v. show, or radio show where people can express themselves without being bitched at for swearing and what not
